VE Day 80th Anniversary commemorations are being held across the town today including an Afternoon Tea Party organised by the Barton upon Humber Town Council. The bells ringing out from the Churches and Cathedrals across the UK symbolise the harmony and reconciliation that have been the foundation of our peace for the last eight decades.
